| Three-days of community-building and interactive learning experiences with Dolphins in the Florida Keys!
"It is through understanding the patterns in nature that we will discover our best opportunities for building collaborative communities." -Margaret Wheatly
| Enter this 3-day micro-world learning adventure and experience appreciative collaboration at its best. Working closely with Ken and Mary Gergen (discussion leaders in social construction) and Dolphin World, we bring to life the concepts of Appreciative Inquiry and Social Constructionist thought as they reflect our interactions together and with dolphins in their own marine setting. Using these observations we focus on and develop an understanding of relational coordination, and learn to apply these insights to our workplace and other relationships.
We invite you to partake in this innovative learning experience designed to bring together the scope of human relationships in congruence with relationships in the natural environment, in an experience you will never forget.
