An experiential educator since 1976, Jim has designed and delivered customized organizational development programs for hundreds of domestic and international firms. He holds a Master's of International Management (MIM) from Thunderbird (American Graduate School of International Management) and undergraduate degrees in Outdoor Education, Clinical Psychology and Philosophy.
As an innovator and leader in Corporate Experiential Learning, Jim pioneered portable high and low ropes course technology. He also created the Action Learning EdgeTM–an educational model for management and employee development.
Jim is a professional mountaineer and whitewater rafting/kayaking instructor with over twenty years of guiding experience. During his career, he has guided clients from over 65 countries.

Miriam has worked in the field of adventure-based experiential education since 1983. She holds a Masters Degree in Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's Degree in History and English from Dartmouth College.
For over nine years now Miriam has been a principal with Executive Edge, Inc. Her responsibilities include long-range planning and financial management of Executive Edge, as well as the instructional design and delivery, group facilitation, and program supervision of field and classroom Action Learning corporate training programs.
She has designed programs, facilitated groups, and trained others in the following areas: accelerated learning, change leadership, people skills, team building & team leadership development, self-facilitation for continuous improvement, and Appreciative Inquiry.

Jason has worked in the field of experiential education since 1992. He holds a Masters Degree in Recreation & Risk Management from Ohio University and a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Studies.
An Executive Producer with Executive Edge, Inc., his responsibilities include selling, designing and delivering experiential learning and entertainment programs, as well as, designing and producing new innovative high and low challenge course activities.
Jason's outdoor experience comes from being a white water raft guide and wilderness trip leader in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. He has skied thousands of backcountry vertical meters and climbed and paddled across the U.S. His spirit for adventure is accented by his ability to fly airplanes and hot air balloons.

Elissa has been with Executive Edge, Inc. since 1998. She received her MBA in Entrepreneurship from Baldwin Wallace College in 2005, and her Bachelors degree in Environmental Science from Union College in 1993. She has been in the field of Experiential Education since 1994. Her background includes hotel and resort management, outdoor and experiential education, and adventure trip guide,
While at Executive Edge, her responsibilities include sales and marketing, website design and management, and all aspects of program development.
When she’s not working she enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, sailing, tennis, traveling, reading, cooking, eating, drinking good wine, watching Seinfeld, and just being in the outdoors.

| Brian became part of the Executive Edge, Inc. team in 2004. He holds a Master's degree in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato and received his Bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Parks and Recreation Administration from the University of Delaware. He has been working in the field of experiential learning since 1997.
As the coordinator of Ropes Challenge™, Brian is responsible for the high and low challenge course construction and programming offered by Executive Edge. He is also responsible for marketing, writing content, and creating product for our subscription website TeamBuildingGuru.com.
Brian's outdoor experience comes from adventure challenge facilitation with Outward Bound Professional as well as several camps and university programs. He is an avid rock climber, mountain biker and disc golfer in his free time.
